We usually reply within a couple of days. Telling us your device and what you were doing when the problem happened helps a lot.
Written answers are marked against the mark scheme for that question, point by point, and you get your total, a grade and feedback explaining where marks were won or lost.
Yes. On the written exam screen you can add a photo of your working instead of typing it. You'll be shown what was read from your photo before it is marked, so you can correct it.
No. Every question in Quorvin is original, written to match the style, difficulty and mark allocation of the real exams. Past papers are copyright and are not reproduced in the app.
Open the app and go to Profile → Delete Account. This removes your account, your results and your leaderboard entry straight away. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account instead and we will delete everything for you. Full instructions and what gets deleted.
Other signed-in students see your name, your avatar and, if you entered one, your school — nothing else. You can leave the leaderboard at any time from Profile, and you never have to enter a school. If another student's name is inappropriate, tap the flag icon next to them to hide them from your leaderboard or report them to us.
