Delete your Quorvin account
Quorvin is published by Hasan Shukurov. You can delete your account and its data
yourself, from inside the app, at any time.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Quorvin and sign in.
- Tap Profile in the bottom bar.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when asked. If you signed in with an email and password, you may be asked to
enter your password again for security.
Your account is deleted immediately.
If you can't sign in
Email hasan.shukurov1991@gmail.com from the
address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your name, email address, avatar, school and year group
- All quiz, mock exam and written exam results, including scores, grades and history
- Any answers you submitted, and any photographs of handwritten working you uploaded
- Your leaderboard entry, which disappears from every other student's leaderboard
What is kept, and for how long
- Nothing that identifies you is kept. There is no retention period on your
personal data — it is removed when the account is deleted.
- If you reported another student, the report itself is kept so we can act on it. It records
the account being reported, not you.
- Routine server logs kept by our hosting providers may retain technical records, such as IP
addresses, for up to 30 days before they expire automatically. These are not linked back to
your account once it is gone.
See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and
why.
