Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the YourGuide mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App.

Use License

Permission is granted to download and use the App on your personal device subject to the following conditions:

1. The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with these terms.
2. You shall not modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
3. You shall not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer rights to the App.
4. You shall not remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
5. You shall not use the App for any commercial purposes without our express written consent.

User Accounts

To use the App, you are required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information (full name, email, password)
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Tour Bookings and Payments

When you book a tour through our App:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information for your booking
• You agree to make timely payment for the tours you book
• You understand that tour availability, pricing, and details are subject to change
• Cancellation policies may vary by tour provider and will be communicated during the booking process
• We are not responsible for any issues that arise directly from the tour service delivery

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Posting or transmitting malicious code or viruses
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the App or servers
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Providing false information when creating an account or booking tours
• Using the App in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair it

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND THE TOUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
